Web3 Wallets
GreenBTC requires users to have a Web3 wallet which is used to display a user's Crypto Assets, Digital Collections and enables users to execute on-chain actions via manual approval.
The wallet is a simple interface to connect a user to a blockchain via a secret passphrase which is known as a "seed phrase" (a string of randomly generated simple English words or a long key passphrase).
Against typical perceptions, nothing is ever "stored in" a wallet. The seed phrase is simply an access key to interface a blockchain and grant control to the user.
Important Security Advice:
No one ever needs your seed phrase, passphrase, keys or passwords to help you with any problem or to verify anything! Anything related to wallets is to remain confidential and for your eyes only! For more info on security, please t´chech the information at the bottom of this page.
Wallet Connect
Wallet connect is an open source protocol for connecting decentralised applications to mobile wallets with QR code scanning or deep linking. This gives users the ability to connect to over 170 different Web3 wallets and over 450 different Web3 Apps.

Security and Disclaimers:
You can take any seed phrase and import it into any wallet to view a user's assets. It's also why it's so important to guard it with the utmost security, as most people who speak about "being hacked, phished or scammed" in Web3, have most often their seed phrase compromised at some level.
Most Web3 wallets which are compromised happen when installing. Users either have malware on their device or click a fake link to download a wallet that looks like the official one. PLEASE be careful and if in doubt.
The GreenBTC.Club and Arkreen Network can not hold the responsibility to help with security that is by design meant to be purely in user control and self custody. We advise everyone strongly to educate themselves and use Web3 wallets but also the internet with caution.
