# How to green & paint (pixel mode)

Pixelmode is an elevated and more artistic alternative to regular greening. At its core, it does the same in terms of greening and winning rewards, but with the added bonus of being able to design the look of your contribution.

Go to <https://www.greenbtc.club/blocks/zones> or navigate to the Blocks tab on the Green BTC overview

Select the free area you want to paint and green, by dragging the canvas to a free area, and changing the size of it. Confirm your selection!

Wait for the animation to complete, and claim your won point. Do not worry, if something goes wrong but a deduction happens, the points will be added by the system automatically after some time
